Ingecell

Ingecell

The Ingecell program is labeled by the Medicen Competitiveness Cluster. This collaborative research project brings together 11 Inserm teams, 6 SMEs and Genethon. The objective of the project is the development of in vivo (cell therapy) and in vitro (toxicology and pharmacology) applications of cells derived from human embryonic cells.

CASCADE

CASCADE

CASCADE : Cultivated Adult Stem Cells as Alternative for Damaged tissue
CASCADE, is a consortium granted by the 7th Framework Program of the European Commission. It is aimed at developing processes following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for producing Mesenchymal Stromal/Stem Cells (MSCs). These GMP produced MSC-derived cellular products are planned to be clinically used for the repair of damaged skin and cornea. As a consortium, CASCADE tightly links together a unique set of public and private institutions as well as small and medium enterprises (SMEs) representing well recognized experts, knowledge and know-how in the field of stem cell research, translational research, and clinical development of cellular products.

The aim of this project, labeled by Medicen Paris Region, is to combine different partners' expertise to establish a consortium specialized in endothelial barriers and to develop new solutions for vascular barrier in vitro model needs. This will allow for pharmacological molecules an early quantification of their passage or their possible toxicity, during the development process.

ITOV

ITOV

ITOV is a vascularized bone tissue engineering program. The objective of this project is to set up a cell-based tissue engineering method of osseous rebuilding by promoting at the same time the osseous formation and the revascularization of newly formed tissue. ANR (French National Research Agency) financed this project.

ITEC-GI

ITEC-GI

The aim of this program is to explore image-guided targeted cellular therapy through the development of a new methodology: creation of 3D complex tissue-like structures from stem cells, for the treatment of complex early entero-cutaneous fistula in mice models and of esophageal fistula in porcine models.

This project is financed by institute of image-guided surgery of Strasbourg.

MatrixCell

MatrixCell

The goal of this project is to develop innovative tools for endothelial cell therapy of ischemic diseases, with an original approach emerging from the association of cell and matrix therapies. This project is financed by the French National Research Agency(ANR - Tecsan).

ENDOFLOW

ENDOFLOW

The aim of the ENDOFLOW project is to create an innovative cell culture system under dynamic conditions. The first objective is to induce an arterial phenotype of endothelial cells derived from stem cells. The second objective is to optimize the use of microvascular cell models of the blood-brain barrier in pharmacological tests.
